How tuition works

The office gives every figure in writing at a visit.

  • What sets tuition

Tuition is set for the school year, and the office gives every figure in writing at a visit. It covers the school day and the weekly Mass, and families of the parish and families from outside it are treated alike.

    • The grade your child enters

    • Whether you use before and after care

    • How many children from one family attend

  • Registration

A registration payment holds your child's place once you accept an offer. The office says what it covers and when it is due before anyone signs.

    • Due when you accept an offer

    • Written in the enrollment agreement

  • Holding a place

Accepting an offer and signing the enrollment agreement hold the place. If a grade is full, the office puts your child on the waitlist and calls you as soon as a place opens.

    • The waitlist is kept in the order families applied

  • Billing

Families choose monthly billing or two larger payments in the year. The office sets it up with you, and you can ask to change it at the start of a term.

    • Monthly or twice a year

    • Before and after care are billed by the month

  • Financial aid is available; here is how to apply. Ask the office for the aid form when you apply for a place, fill it in at home, and a small committee reads it in confidence.

    • Ask for the aid form with the application

    • A short form, read in confidence

    • The office answers with the offer of a place

  • Siblings

Families with more than one child in the school can ask the office how that is handled. The office explains it in writing along with the tuition.

  • Withdrawing

If a family leaves in the middle of the year, the enrollment agreement says how tuition is settled. The office goes over it before anyone signs.
