How the school works day to day

Photos of your child

We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.

When to keep your child home

A child with a fever, vomiting or other signs of illness stays home until the next morning without symptoms. A teacher calls a parent when a child is unwell at school.

Drop-off and pickup

A teacher walks each child to the right car or bus line. Only adults on the family's pickup list may collect a child, and the office checks a photo ID when it does not know the adult.

Closures for weather and holidays

The school follows the parish calendar and closes for Holy Week and the feast days listed there. For snow, ice or storms the office sends a text early that morning.

Absences and late arrival

Please call or message the office when a child will be absent or late. A child who arrives after morning prayer checks in at the office first.

Uniform

Children wear a plain polo or blouse with navy or khaki pants, skirt or jumper. The office's list says where to buy each piece, and secondhand pieces are fine.

Meals, snacks and allergies

Families send a lunch. Tell the office about allergies once you enroll; we ask privately, and each teacher keeps the plan for the children in the room.

Screens and phones

Phones stay in backpacks, switched off, from the first bell to dismissal. Classroom devices are used for a lesson, with a teacher watching.

Leaving the program

Tell the office in writing. The enrollment agreement says how tuition is settled for the rest of the year, and the office helps you move records to the next school.
